Therapy is a collaborative process, and our work together will be tailored to your specific goals and needs.
If you're seeking treatment for OCD, panic disorder, or depression, we'll take a structured approach. Together, we'll monitor your symptoms over time, evaluate how you're responding to treatment, and measure progress toward the goals we've established. We'll also identify obstacles as they arise and adjust our approach to help you continue moving forward.
If your goals are more exploratory or insight-oriented, our sessions will be guided by what's most meaningful and relevant in your life. We'll regularly revisit your goals, process current challenges, explore recurring patterns, and work toward developing greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
Regardless of the reason you're seeking therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and supported in making meaningful, lasting change.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy sessions.
I recommend contacting your insurance company before beginning therapy and asking the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
Are outpatient psychotherapy sessions covered (in person or via telehealth)?
CPT Codes: 90837 (60-minute psychotherapy), 90834 (45-minute psychotherapy), 90834-95 (45-minute telehealth psychotherapy)What is my annual deductible, and how much of it has been met?
Once my deductible is met, what percentage of each session will my insurance reimburse?
At the end of each month, I can provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Sessions are $220 for 50 minutes. I offer a small number of reduced-fee spots, depending on availability.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood while also being challenged to grow. My role isn't simply to listen—it's to help you better understand yourself, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to move toward the life you want.
I strive to create an environment where you can be open without fear of judgment. Some sessions may focus on learning concrete skills or working through structured interventions, while others may involve slowing down to process difficult experiences, relationships, or emotions. Together, we'll adapt our work based on your goals and what's most important in your life.
I also value transparency. If I believe a different approach would better serve you, or if I notice patterns that deserve attention, I'll share those observations openly. Therapy is a partnership, and I encourage feedback throughout the process so we can ensure our work together remains meaningful and effective.
